Cancellation Policy

1) No smoking! EVENT WILL BE SHUT DOWN!!! 2) Set-up time is included in hours given, unless otherwise stated. 3) $600 deposit is REQUIRED for booking. (SALE MUST BE PAID IN FULL) 4) Deposits are Non-refundable! 5) Your event will not start if your balance is not paid in FULL, by the due date. 6) Balance must be paid 14 days before your event date. 7) It is the renters responsibility to clean up after their event, unless clean up fee has been paid for. 8) No congregating outside while your event is in session. EVENT WILL BE CANCELLED. 9) XYZ VENUE is NOT responsible for items left, or lost on the premises. 10) No fighting or hitting on walls. EVENT WILL BE CANCELLED 11) Renter is responsible for any damages that occurs during their event. 12) All events on weekends must end at 1:00 AM. Events on weekdays at 11:30pm. The premises must be vacant at that time, no exceptions.. There’s no extension on time after 1:00AM 13) Additional $350 refundable security deposit is required. Renter receives deposit back once place is clean up and returned back in same conditioned it was received prior to event. IF ANYTHING IS MISSING OR BROKEN YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. IF PLACE IS NOT CLEAN YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. 14) Photo ID is required to book venue. 15) Venue must be cleaned and cleared out by the end time indicated on your contract. 16) XYZ VENUE has the right to terminate an event at anytime, especially if the person that signed the contract is not the individual hosting the event. 17) NO ADMISSION EVENTS ALLOWED. IF YOU ARE SELLING TICKETS EVENTS WILL BE SHUT DOWN IT WILL BE SHUT DOWN! 18) NO SELING OF ALCOHOL AT ALL. YOU WILL BE FINED UP TO $10,000 BY NYC. 19) Should any rules be broken, one’s contract will become NULL and VOID 20) Please read carefully to understand terms and conditions before booking. 21) Contracts applies to ALL. 22) Renters MUST meet the legal age of contract in the state of NY (18 years of age or older ) to be in contract. 23) If renter wishes for US to clean up after event It’ll be an additional $175 for clean up fee. 24) Hookah is not permitted. Your event will be shut down 25) You are responsible for anything damaged either from yourself or any of your guest. 26) RENTER MUST EXIT PREMISES AT TIME STATED ON CONTRACT. EVERY 15 MIN WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $50 OUT OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS 27) XYZ Event LLC is not liable for any Negligence caused by The renter or Their Guest.
